1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AI10.site ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Services
AI10 provides AI consulting, implementation, and software development services at a flat rate of $10/hour. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AI10 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Work product created for clients becomes client property upon full payment.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed at the agreed-upon rate. Payment terms are net 15 days unless otherwise specified in a project agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.
5. Limitation of Liability
AI10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
